- What packages does M+R provide?

- Is a floor-plan necessary?

The floor plan is the most important document to submit, We will not be able to proceed with your project without a floor plan. A rough sketch is fine as long as you provide accurate measurements.

- I don't know how to measure a space?

Click on the following YouTube video to help you with your measurements

- How long does it take to make my design?

The design process usually takes 1-3 weeks depending on your package, the size of your space and how much research is needed.

- How will I know what to buy?

A shopping list will be included in your package, this includes the items, price, quantity and where will you find your items.

- I am moving to a new house, will M+R be able to decorate my whole house for me?

Of course! We can absolutely decorate your entire home!

- Does M+R purchase the items for me?

No, we currently do not offer a shopping service.

- Can M+R work with any budget?

Yes! We do our very best to stay within the budget you provide us. Deciding on a price for a room can be challenging, we do however recommend the best price for a space to our clients.

- Can M+R design a commercial space?

Absolutely! We work with any space and size.

- Can I use products/furniture i already own in my design?

Yes, we can working around your existing space.

- What if I don't like an item on my mood-board?

Depending on your package free revisions can be made.

- Will M+R be able to create a rush order for me?

Yes! However rush orders comes with an extra cost.

- What if an item on my shopping list is out-of-stock?

Not to worry, depending on your package you will have a 30 or 60 day support where we can help you find a replacement

- What is a rendering?

A rendering is a realistic image of your space for you to get an idea of how your space would look like
